Well, I know that post is old, but I see how many views it has gotten, and maybe the original poster will revisit.
This site has some drawings of the kata techniques - check it out, just scroll down and you can click on a kata for a visual chart.

They usually have videos, but they are being updated so those are temporarily missing. Hope this is helpful!
