Rabbit hook bait
This may seem a bit of a strange question. . . but has anyone ever tried Rabbit as a hook bait? Either for Chub or Cats?
I have caught Chub on small bits of beef fry steak, just wondered if Rabbit would work

I have a ready supply of rabbits with snorkels! Or for an overnight session there are a few very rare specimens that have inbuilt scuba!

i used to fish a lake round the back of hertford and there where alot of rabbits with mixi and if there where any on the track that had been run over some fella would cut them up and use them for the cats in the lake and it seemed to work but i dont think i could handle cutting them up lol

Using them as live bait could be a bit tricky!
I can't ever recall seeing an illustration in any of my books showing how to mount a rabbit!?

Apparently velcro on your trouser legs stops them from running away. . . . or so I have been told!
