went to broom lake yestaday,it was throwing it down but set up in the corner,river side had a 15lb common.lots of linners water was very muddy.been there 4 times now had a 16lb mirror and a 22 common,only blanked one session,brilliant water !!! hats off too sdaa emoticon

Some nice catches there carper82. Broom lake is always "muddy" in colour, I have never seen it crystal clear like the Airman.

thanks andyk74,that is very true about the colour of broom,i could not think of a word to discribe the colour but it looked like black tea,could it have anything to do with the leaf matter on the bottom?still never stopped the fish coming out ..cant wait to go again im on it lol
