hi can anyone tell me what the lake records are for different fish like the carp pike catfish records please

Based on what has been caught in the past you can expect to find the following:
Catfish (40lb+), carp (25lb+), roach (3lb+), perch (3lb+), pike (25lb+), bream (10lb+), tench (6lb+) and rudd (2lb+).
I'm not aware of any official lake records being kept. Last season the biggest reported catfish was 41lb 4oz and carp to just over 29lb were reported.

not many carp over 25lb but a fair head over 20lb
tench over 8lb but average around 4lb
pike mainly to low doubles in recent years
roach a good average size the chance of a 3lb fish is good
perch have been caught up to 4lb in the past
and plenty of cats over 20lb BUT I STILL CAN'T CATCH ONE

thanks for that guys i was just wondering as i have seen some very large carp around the little bays next to the new point swim that look as though they could well be pushing 30 + i myself have had 4 carp over 20lb the biggest being 24lb 3 of them coming in a 24 hour stint but i have yet to catch a catfish i tryed all through the summer last year and didnt even get a bite and the one time i took my nethew he caught a 23lb cat on a cube of meat. Again thanks for your help and tight lines

i still cant get on the cats had a couple out best around 15lb
as for the carp it took me 4 years to get a 20+ and now i am getting them regular i think its because i am doing more winter fishing as all my 20s came from oct-now with the first being a 25+.
As for the fish that look 30+ in the water there probably low twentys as i have had a lot of fish that look a lot bigger than they weigh
none of the fish in the airman seem to have deep bellys which is why they fight so well but dont hold so much weight

My largest pike from the Airman was 33lbs, I dont think this has ever been beaten to my knowledge
