Wish you had been on the Ivel this evening!!! Got bored not catching anything at Broom Lake so decided to hammer the Chub again. . . . 95lb 13oz of Chub later and an 8lb Barbel . . . my arm was knackered!!!! I could have just sat back and let you land all my fish!!!! Barbel put up a good scrap though

Yes, I set my alarm for 4am, woke up, thought £%& this for a game of soldiers, re-set it for 6, woke up, thought bol£$"%& and went back to sleep til 9!!!!
Must admit didn't get home from the river til 11pm last night so 4 hours kip was a bit optimistic!!!

I know but a month off work, most of which was spent fishing, both getting up early and staying up late took its toll and by the time that particular trip came round I was cream crackered!!!

I'm only jealous mate; I don't think if I saved all of my holiday up for a year I would have a month to take! 
Mind you even when I have 2 or 3 days on the bank I find I need a rest. I'd like to say it was through all the fish I was catching, but sadly that is far from the truth!
