CLUB 24 HOUR MATCHES
The Club is holding three 24 hour matches this coming season.
The dates are listed in the new membership books.
If anyone is interested in participating then please PM me your name and email address or postal address and I will send a copy of the rules.
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Stick me down for all three.
Put fishless down for the 1st one and hope for a mild september for the 2nd 
As for the 3rd....well I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Yes, mate - have to wait and see. Hopefully the weather will be a bit milder than last winter.
Still, got broom and the airman matches to look forward to first.....
And if Fishless does well in those (assuming those nasty, cold frosts don't come in september), he might just be tempted to bring an extra sleeping bag along and brave it out in March.

The Broom match should be an interesting one, I'm looking forward to that one. Only had a couple of replies yet for people who want to fish them. . . . could have the place to ourselves!

Yes, broom should be an interesting one and, if recent events are anything to go by, the fishing should be pretty good (hope I haven't just put the kiss of death on it!)

I hope you have only put the kiss of death on yourself!!!! I might stand a chance of winning then, if todays results are anything to go by. . . although, for the time I was there I did match you fish for fish although yours were bigger. . .
Another 100lb + haul for Biggus Diccus. . . at this rate we you will have a Biggus Headus!!!!
Good fishing though mate, I'm glad my pre-baiting the swim for you yesterday worked so well!!!

Doesnt matter whether its insured or not. . . It wont be the SAME lucky hat! Keep a very close eye on it. . . I hear a kidnap and ransom plan is afoot. . .
