REVERSE STOKERS, Lurkers, and Trolls...
I went through an intense REVERSE STOKE skate session last Sat. at a local park...and, I prevailed in the end-because I didn't let this REVERSE STOKER get to me...and turned his hate into SKATE.
Hence, the REVERSE STOKE Theory-
Kill the REVERSE STOKER type with kindness.
This guy that I'll just refer to as Sally, tried his hardest-over and over, for about an hour, to get under my skin by trying to rattle me and test my patience-AND TEST MY PATIENCE HE DID.
Sally dug up and slung everything he could possibly muster at me...snidley remarks, underhanded digs and pokes...and you know what I did? I skated! And I had a good, fun session too!
Sally even came up to me and said he couldn't believe that I wasn't giving in to his onslaught or exceedingly bad vibe...
I told Sally that I'm not the same guy that I once was...and that I forgive him, and that I really do wish him peace, happiness, and wellness in his life...and he was tripping on me for sure.
The fact is...that I (the old me) could've pushed Sally into the bowl and beat him down and no one would've done a thing about it...I could've knocked this clowns fat melon off his neck and no one would have had his back...they probably would've just stood there and watched and maybe laughed.
This dudes own "friends" don't even really like him...
much...because he is negative, has a poor attitude and a bad aura that surrounds him because he truly hates his pathetic life and himself very much.
The fact is that I really do wish Sally well-as I really wish everyone well-all of you.
So, turn hate into SKATE.
So, the same goes for all of these trolls, lurkers, and 40 something year-old kettle-stirring old ladies...
We all hope you can shake yourselves of your illness(s) ...and the demons that plague you so badly-making you feel like you must try to bring others down.
You don't just bring down other skaters - you unknowingly bring others around you and in your life down too. And you bring yourself down too-even further.
Do you act out in this manner because you are missing something in your life(s)?
Why do you lash your negativity out at those who are happy?
Is it because they have love in their life?
Or, is it because they have legit careers, homes, wives, children, caring families, lottsa good friends, and loyal customers who say nothing but good things about them?
Or is it that...maybe you are just jealous of these "happy", good folks who live complete and full lives-making you full of negativity, hostility, and ill will towards them?
The remedy for the REVERSE STOKER types is simply to come correct, get whatever it is in your life that's causing your pain together...and go skate with your friends (if you still have any left), have fun, and be a happy person.

Very well said. Hey Trolls, don't waist your time, bringing the "reverse stoke". All of us here are way to stoked, to be brought down, and the ASC?,,, Holy S**t!!!! We're in full stoke mode, 24 hours a day. Mind you, we aint anything resembling soft. We eat lightning and crap thunder in The AZ, but it's always with a smile on our faces, and the Bros in tow. It's simple girls, ever day's a gift. Unwrap it each morning, and have a ball! Love life, love your family, love your Bros, don't blow out spots, grind hard, spread the stoke... It's all done in the name of fun!

yep the stooges are the roots...but, I tend to go for Adoloescents, Minor Threat, Black Flag, Circle Jerks, TSOL, and Germs to skate to....
