Hey, kiddies... 'twas fun skatin' & hangin' out w/you all. Here are a few images from that day.
I took this a split second too late, but at least I got one of Birthday Boy rockin' and/or rollin' at Culver City.
I only got one of Dan. Sorry 'bout that, dude.
Culver City local ripper, Jim, skates the place like he owns it.
Mr. Bucky... this was all that I got. Wish I would've gotten the pics of Bucky rollin' in the deep end. GOOD STUFF, Buck!
Another ripper, Ron. I respect traveling skaters. I see Ron just about everywhere from down south, to Vans, to Culver City.
'Nother one of Dave, gettin' some in the deep end.
After the skate sesh, it was off to Deb's & Dave's pad for some Mex food. Mmmmmmmm, Mex. This cat served up some killer tacos, too.
Waldo siting! We had some great conversations about Lakewood skatepark and a lot of other things. He was bummed that he didn't make it to the Basic contest. So I made sure that he got directions. He was stoked.
Someone gave Dave a Shark for his birthday! COOL board.
Jay Smith signs Dan's Jay Smith model. NICE!
My spycam radar was on full alert, and rightly so. Turns out... I caught this cat acquiring spy footy and data. Oh... hiya, Bucky!
Dave, Aaron, and Kent decided to provide some great random tunes for the good sized crowd.
SURPRISE! It's Birthday time for Dave.
Later, The Stymies took over the music. Iggy Scott gets into FULL throttle character. You've gotta go see 'em play.
Food and refreshments didn't slow down Dave at all. He kept playing till the music got shutdown by the local law enforcement agency. My girlfriend said she hadn't been to a party busted by cops since high school. HAHA!!
After awhile, everyone started tiring out... even Herman the Rotty pup. A good sign that some heavy duty celebrating went down. So much, that a three month puppy called it a night.
Huge thanks out to Deb, Dave, and everyone that made it out to make Dave's celebration a fun one. GOOD TIMES, for sure! Also, thanks for having us over.

Noooiiiice shots Mr. Markus! It was our pleasure to have you and your WAY better half at the ranch celebrating with us! Good times that I'll never forget...seriously rad pics Mark...
AND uncle Bucky needs to ease up on my old arse...hehehe...I trashed my already trashed big toe nail running out of a rock...but I managed to get in some good runs...then uncle BUCKY calls out all of SoCal as he charged and barged Culver City for his first time...dude rolled in 3 times-AT SPEED....with 215's!!!! Frickin' CAVEMAN BUCKY! And DEAFBOY was killing it to with some very on-edge smiths and double-double carves...sick, sick, sick!
