Hanging Out
My Musical Director Anthony"Tony" Walker had a show in DC. I have been in town working on my next album and preparing for my Christmas Tour.So I thought I would surprised him by stopping by.He had no idea I was in town.The plan was too just say hi, show my support finally enjoy some of DC's finest with food and all the wonderful singers he had singing with him.Well, my plan to be still did not work cuz DC don't play that.I had Uggs on and no make-up and a thick sweater.I was so embarrassed.LOL!
Lately I have just learned from Steve Harvey and all my wonderful fans(like minded spirits) not to take everything so seriously and enjoy the music.I learned from them to go back to the root of music.When you mess up or you don't have your diva glam on.Just SING!Thanks Butta at soulbounce.com for being a big support for me throughout my career.Thank you Steve Harvey for reminding me to laugh.Thank you everyone for accepting me flaws and all.
