Kenny Lattimore - Timeless
Predictably, now that Chante is back (solo) so is Kenny! I got so excited when I saw the packshot for his new album.
I'm a bit disappointed though as it is an album of covers. Is it just me or does anyone find these tiresome now? Do we really need to hear another version of Aint No Way?! I just know as soon as I hear it, I'll reach for my Aretha Franklin records - because you just can't compete with her version. Anyway, at least he is back in some form! I would just love to hear some new material.

I LOVE Kenny Lattimore!!!! He is my homie, his voice is butta, and he is the most geniunely nice, down to earth guy you'd ever want to meet.
But, I gotta say, ain't no way he should cover "Ain't No Way." I'm also with you on cover albums, Will. Waaay too many of them coming out. It's become a trend. Don't get me wrong, I love hearing jams from my formative years, but when those types of recordings become more prevalent than records of original material, something is very wrong with that.
