Other Science Fiction Shows
What other science fiction shows do you enjoy?
I've been a huge Star Trek and Star Wars fan since I was a tiny kid. I especially like Star Trek: The Next Generation. I also watched The X-Files sometimes, Roswell, and some others.

I was hugely into The X-Files, I even have action figures from the movie! But I've kind of lost interest since the shows not on anymore...I'm still hoping they'll do another movie though. I've seen all the episodes of Next Generation too, I think thats my favorite Star Trek. I also had a bit of a Star Wars obsession a few years ago. Wow, I never realized I was that into sci fi!

hmmmmm, my roots run deep as far as that stuff goes .... overall, in the star trek universe, TNG is the best series .... best captain tho has to be ben sisko, he's a big mad bald black dude who's out to get the job done ... as for other shows, i never got the HUGE hype about star wars, i always thought it was great, but star trek always hit a better bell for me .... i'm well into farscape as well, should never have been cancelled, it was a great show with plenty of promise

I only just got into Farscape in the 4th season, and then found out it was cancelled! I was so mad, but it seems that even critics think it was stupid to cancell it. I heard that they were working on a script for a movie or something...but regardless of whatever form it takes, I think Farscape will be back.

they cancelled it 'cos they thought it was costing too much to make each episode .... they had every intention of doing another series, they had scripts and everything for it ... but they axed it, the gits

Well, hopefully they're losing money on tremmors and scare tactics and by some miracle bring back farscape. It may be unlikely, but I can hope.

I really like sci-fi in general, but my favorite show (other than Stargate SG-1) would be Star Trek Voyager. I'm also a big fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation, X-Files -- kinda, I like Xena: Warrior Princess (which isn't really sci-fi, but "kinda" similar), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine is awesome! I really like the doctor on that show I like Lord of the Rings (again, not really sci-fi, but, eh). Anyone ever watch Mystery Science Theater 3000, not really sci-fi -- but WONDERFUL show! Very funny! I love video games and computers too

I love Lord of the Rings too! I am on some great LOTR boards. I also like Star Trek: TNG, Voyager, and DS9.

I used to watch Andromeda every now and then. I liked Kevin Sorbo better on Hercules. He seemed like a priss in Andromeda. My favorite part of the show was the ship. The baddest ship in the galaxy with the cutest personality around. Forgive me for saying cute but she was.
That was one bad ship.

Though my favorite show is Stargate SG1. Other shows I watch on the scifichannel are sliders, startrek tng, farscape, Buck Rogers,and quantm leap. Plus I like the declassified on tuesdays.
