Amanda Tapping
A dynamic actress who takes her role on SG-1 so seriously that she actually researches the technology that she talks about on the show! She says that otherwise she would come off as "clueless, and it would show". Memorizing not only lines, but also concepts of astrophysics....Talk about dedication to your work!

While her character on SG-1 is a remarkable comibnation of brains and beauty, we don't usually think of the actor sharing the same traits with their character.
I'm glad that Amanda does. Her husband is a lucky man.
