I just came across this scene and don´t know anything about it. In fact, i don´t even know where to post it 
It´s Kara from some of the newer smallville-seasons beeing in a hospital talking to another woman, sending her flying with some kind of mini-superbreath... quite funny scene, i think.

**edit** watch out: rapidshare told me, that it can only be dowmloaded several (10) times. So maybe someone can reload it (just if it´s worth it)...

I think this was a raw director's cut (no SFX) that was posted by the CW that got left on the cutting room floor...
