Board rules (or why you can't access the contibutions section) Hey all!
I just changed the security options for the main contributios section to "on approval basis".
So in order to gain access you'll have to fill in the application form. I have not yet decided if I will apply some kind of "only users with 10/20/10000 posts can gain access" rule.
In the meantime I'll start adding the few members who have been posting regularly, so if you're one of them you don't have to do anything. But as the management options of the runboard software suck it can't hurt to send the application in case I overlook you ...

btw. if you haven't yet posted even once on this board *not* filling out the comment field of the application won't help you gain access (*huh?*)
Re: Board rules Well, no, no one was really abusing the board. What I find a little annoying is that many of the clips I and others posted here are happily spread over youtube whereas the board's activity is not really overwhelming.
Not that I really mind it that much (the clips aren't "mine" in the first place) but I'm also curious as to how many people that haven't posted yet are interested enough in this board to actually go through the painful trouble of filling out the application form and posting a comment
In the end it probably won't change anything anyway ...

I have to admit I was a little surprised about the amount of users that are obviously visiting this board regularly - not that there are thousands, but still more than I expected; anyway, it takes some time to go through the applications, so please be patient.
Also, here is how you will get your application *denied*: Never posted anything and didn't fill out the form or posted *****y comments in it.
I will most probably let you in if you have posted here before or just ask friendly; and if you start participating here you will definitely get in.
