Re: Wonder Woman(missing scene)
Its me one more time i'll try to shut up after this but thanks to Exocetmm for bringing up something else i've been thinking about recently.Would'nt a Wondergirl spinoff have been GREAT! Wonder Woman was popular enough back then i'm sure it could have ran for a couple seasons anyway. And another great show could have been in 1977 insted of Cheryl Ladd going to Charlies Angels . With her age, beauty & body she would have been perfect as Supergirl & today we'd probly be saying she's as perfect as that character as Lynda Carter was as Wonder Woman. I could definetly imagine her in those little red shorts, red cape & blue top doing all those feats of super strength we love.

Re: Wonder Woman(missing scene)
The only thing that I see that could have been a problem in showing a realistic tank gun barrel bend is the fact that, the vehicle shown is not a tank. Its an APC from WWII and it never had a barrel, or a turret. That barrel imporvisation looked cheesy, made of some sort of cardboard or something to light and not tight enough (you can tell because of the vibrations when its approaching WW). I don't understand, with all the resources Hollywood always had, why they didn't adapt a real tank, like an M48 tank similar to the one that was used on a Incredible Hulk episode, in which Hulk bends the barrel and then pushes against it damaging the tanks transmission.

Re: Wonder Woman(missing scene)
I think a Wonder Girl show was on their plans back then, but Debra Winger just didn't accept and moved on to something else. I read somewhere that the producers of Wonder Woman offered her to star a show of her own, similar to WW but with a teenagers girls perspective. Too bad she didn't accept the role, I insist how good she fit the character, she was gorgeous and sometimes looked even better than Lynda Carter.

For anyone interested in the car lift that was cut from the charmed episode:

I definetly would have also at the very least like to have seen a full shot of Wonder Woman standing on top of the tank with the barrel already bent only if for some reason they had trouble making her bending it look unrealistic.Maybe thats why they did'nt use the shot. And also in the Starships episode they should have did a full shot cause besides the other things mentioned you can also barely see a second car thats on its side when she throws that first midget over it.And at the end when she is talking to Steve Trever on the phone & mentions he should have seen Wonder Woman marching The leader & his cast of THOUSANDS ( which was really 20 or 30)into town. That was probly never shot but i would have loved to see Wonder Woman doing that & all those men knowing that together they don'nt stand a chance against her.But really i wish it was thousands. Thanks IFAN for mentioning Smallville i feel the same. But that might clear up for me why i saw that scene about Wonder Woman removing the tire & why maybe others did'nt & also why i did'nt remember an amazing part like her putting the car on its side.Smallville in the Maxima ep last year aired a preview like they always do for next weeks show & in that the scene of her lifting & throwing the car they used one take of her doing it one way & in the ep they used a differant take. So if you did'nt see the preview you only think theres one shot of that & also that Charmed preview where the girls are superhero's & there stoping a robbery. One girl lifts the crooks car with one hand but in the episode they never showed the lift but you can see the car being put down. And that made me think maybe i did'nt see the W.W Starship episode back in 79 but only the preview.By the way the more i think about it i'm more sure she twisted the lugs off & pulled the tire then just ripping it off but either way can you imagine how much strength & power is in just her fingers to do that.
