Vampire Diaries
I havnt' really payed much attention to this show, but i think it has potential! in last weeks episode one of the characters (vikki) pins another girl against the wall by the nexk. no lift, but has her up on her tip-toes, hot scene. and a brief throw later on in the ep.

Another semi uber scene in this weeks show. A female vamp is being carried away by police, then pushes one of them away, and throws the other one about 10 feet onto a car hood....then gets shot 4 times before being staked
