Remtec Talk THIS MONTH at Shoreham Club Night.
At this months meeting as Shoreham we have organised a talk on Remtec Engines by Nigel Howe of VW Heritage. This will undoubtedly appeal to the tech heads among us but we also realise that not all people would be interested. So the plan is;
For those of you that do not want to attend the talk, you can meet at the Royal Coach Pub at our normal venue in Shoreham and the tech heads can go to the talk.
Now for those of you that do want to come please pay attention!
I have arranged for the use of one of the conference rooms at the Ricardo Shoreham Technical center, (Just off of the A27 you take the Airport road), so that Nigel can link his laptop to the AV system so that we can have a 'slide show' during the talk.
The Plan is to meet at the Ricardo site at 7:30pm on the 25th Feb. and we plan to start at 8:00pm. You must also BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARDS WITH YOU, as these are the only way to ensure that the clubs members are the only people who come in, as this is a secure and confidential facility these will be inspected before you are allowed onto the site so be warned.
If there is time after the talk we can re-convene at the Royal Coach Pub with the rest of the members.
Please can you let me know who will be coming so I know the numbers of people to allow for and also who to expect!
Now the final details of which of the two car parks, (Ricardo has two!) we will meet in will be posted a bit later in the month here in the private forum so please check back here regularly. Also if you know of members who do not frequent the forum please pass on this info.
I will also post a map of the exact place of the relevant car park to meet in.
Again, please let me know ASAP if you want to come.
