It's come to are notice's, there as been several complaints to swadlincote IPI, about a Fake Mediums is ringing up people,out of the phone book, saying that there is a bad spirit around there house, and for £25 pounds they will get ride of it..
Do they think there or do a serves to the public, or just twats.Apparently its someone living in swadlincote.Iam chatting with IPI , to found out info on them, so we can entrap them..

If we hear anything about them and get an identity we will make sure people know.
Our team thinks it is wrong to make money out of other people's misery at all, to cold call people and tell them they have negative energies is just low!

A new TV show coming soon on the BBC about fake Mediums in August. It's a little like X factor with mediums.

On the net in the last fortnight I have read two reports about calls which went along these lines:-
"Hello Sorry to call you but I work as a professional medium, earlier today I was walking past your house when I experienced an evil dark energy flowing from inside, I believe it may be harmful to yourself and your family, for a fee of £50 myself or my colleagues would be glad to exorcise it, call xxxxxxxxx immediately"
I believe one of them had passed on the details to the police.......not sure if the offer included a free mobile phone

Hi 0706. Yes, the story come from my sister, how works at the IPI. There are to may Mediums claim to have a hotline to heaven , and telling people it's a gift from god.
I know of two so called medium,they have be followed by polices,Trading standards, and market traders and been cautioned. And by the benefit office . they bleed peaple dry then move to the next town.

I heard a funny story about a dodgy medium who attended one of Richard Felix's ghost walks (please note attended does not mean associated with!)
The medium was giving a reading to a young lady, and basicaly said that he had picked up on the young ladies mother. She looked very shocked about this, the medium must of thought he was really accurate here!
So he then continued with the reading by asking if the young lady would like to communicate with her mother, to which she replied "Yes" and proceeded to dail a number on her mobile phone and put it to her head. Turns out she was phoning her mother who wasn't even dead.
Beware the dodgy medium!

I have been on a lots of web sits about, Mediumship Workshop. Advertising how you can become a medium in a week, Aim not joking there is, and if you sign up today, you get a gift voucher, book now plaice filling up FAST.…There must be thousands of mediums & Psychics churning out of the doors all over the UK.

(1) A good tip to spot a Fake Medium,
There opening line is. "DID YOU COLLECT SMARTY LIDS WHEN YOU WHERE LITTIE " with the letters on the back!!.
