Bez, I'm glad you said that because I agree with you. I'm glad that they don't keep the money for themselves but I still think its a bit wrong. When I'm on my deathbed I want my friends and family around and want to think about my lost family etc. Not "Right I'm about to die... but I must tell Mr.X That his daughter loves him" etc

Re: Afterlife telegram service
very very strange... I think that the idea is barmy and if anyone pays the $5 then they must be too. It takes advantage of people when they are at their most vulnerable..

A female who was only 29 was ghost hunting a building where a professor was murdered several years earlier, tragically fell several stories to her death. She was getting ready to hop from one roof to another, when a wire she was holding for support gave way and caused her to fall.
Unfortunately this tragedy isn’t and isolated case. There are actually other instances where the outcome of people seeking thrills from ghost hunting has ended in fatality.
In 2006 a group of teenage friends were out driving around when they decided to head over to a house that many local teenagers considered haunted. What was thought to be fun and games quickly turned tragic when the home owner fired shots at the car the teens were in, striking a 17 year old female in the head. Sadly the wound was fatal.
When the gun man was questioned his response was "I didn't know what their weaponry was, what their intentions were, in a situation like that, you assume the worst-case scenario if you're going to protect your family from a possible home invasion and murder."
A big question in my head is why are these things happening? First of all you should never trespass in order to perform a ghost hunt. Many things can happen, someone can get hurt, arrested, fined or even worse, killed. Never ever do anything that can or possibly cause harm to yourself or someone else, most tragic accidents can be avoided by using your head. Take time and think before you do something like jump roof tops. I am not saying this to be mean, it really is sad but disturbing at the same time. Please be careful if you choose to ghost hunt, get permission before you investigate and most importantly use common sense. If your instincts tell you not to do something, don’t do it.
Everyone please be safe and take care.

Re: Afterlife telegram service
Very interesting Tech.
I am suprised that there isnt more recorded cases of injuries involving people Ghost Hunting. I would personally say to anyone who might be thinking of going to investigate somewhere, whether it be on there own or with an organised group. To take the upmost care.
Check with the group that they are properly prepaired to participate in such activity, the relevant people are approached from Land Owners to the Police.
Be sure that you or the the group you are with have addiquate insurance, yep insurance because if you cause any damage even to a derelict building & you have permission to g in there YOU could be liable for prossecution should any damage be caused.
