Orbs
Have you ever taken a photo and noticed what appears to be a white ball of light in the picture?
Many people believe this is called an orb, which supposedly, is the early stages of a ghost manifestation. Other people believe that all Orbs can simply be explained as being out-of-focus dust particles or water vapour droplets.
Would you agree with either of these statements?

Hi SPI.
I had a photo like that one, it was taken at a theatre I was on a backstage tour and we took a photo of the seats, the actors veiw with me in it. In the second row of the seats in the centre was a large white dot when everything around it was dark.
I thought it was a orb and thought it was brilliant that it was 'sitting' in the audience. But then someone told me that it was just the out of focus dust that you mentioned. It was a shame as it spoiled the idea I had that I had an orb on camera. But I agree that it was OOF dust as I've seen 'orbs' since online and they are solid lights while mine was dull and translucent.

I personally don't think 'standard' orbs are evidence of paranormal activity ...... but I have seen some pretty freaky ones that could very well be...

I would actualy have to agree with you on that there 0706. All of the members of our team believe that about 95% of all orbs caught on camera are actualy dust or water molecules.
Everyone has their own opinions on this, but we believe that a true Orb will appear solid and often have distinguishing marks on them.
In our images section there is a beautiful blue Orb which could actualy be seen with the naked eye, which makes it very difficult to explain as being dust or other atmospheric particles.

A couple of years ago me and a group of friends went to a sleepover at Derby Gaol which was a brillaint experience and I urge anyone considering it to go for it!
We took plenty of photos while we were there and when they were developed they were very interesting to say the least. A couple have orbs on them, a couple have mist on them, one has a face in the corner and the best by far is one my husband took of the gallows. When he took it it was clear outside and the image of the photo shows what looks like 2 faces across the top bars of the gallows, it was an amazing night and I cant wait to do something like it again.
