Only for about 3 or 4 months, so I've got a long way to go yet! Just went to the gym for the first time in about 4 weeks today.... I'm so unfit!

Hi bezza. I'm fine, I've had really bad flu all week. I have'nt been able to get out of bed all week I went to the doctors and nearly passed out in the surgery. its been terrible. I've felt so ill. But I'm feeling a little better today. I'm going to rome tomorrow. i've got to get up at 2am.
