Haunted home, at Moira road woodville.
The team SPI had been invited to go to a house by George and Kathy Lutz, around Moira road , about four years ago, its a house we have forgotten about in till we found some old video and photographs and reports, for are new DVD coming out soon. The other team to investigate the house was Richard Felix from Most haunted, at the time we were comparing are reports with Richard we found a very simile paranormal activity. The house is not there any more as it was pulled down for devilment, there is a block of flats there now.

Yes spook9 when we arrived for the second time, we reported there seemed to be a little more activity, mostly in the back room. On the photographs there was grey orbs and little sparks on the north side of the house. George pointed out that the window was cracked by some kind of bad spirit , and his dog was barking at things which where not there. The house was made up of re-clamed wood & stone from a church, pub, the other old properties, which may have contributed to the alleged activity. and clams there was dark shadows moving around the out side and in side of the house.… I have been looking at some old video footage & photographs of the location, and maybe at the time we may have been a little excited and blinkered by the prospected of a haunted house and being one of the first investigation we did. 'Conclusion" to my evidence now looking back, all i can see is dust floating around the rooms! and dust on the leans of the camera. George's clams at the time that this property being haunted my be true..As SPI a guest in his home for around 28 hours, we will never know what they put up with living there over many years of George and Kathy and family had to go through is alot of unneccessary distress.

From what I remember about this location from when we went to investigate it, The actiivity in the house didnt start till the factory over the road was demolished. So as Richard said, I would like to know where it has gone, as I am sure that it was still in the house before it got knocked down.
The medium that was with us at the time, identified it, but never got rid of it. He isn't with us now. He left or should I say, he resigned. I would like to say that our current investigation team are much more experienced now & more confident in completing the job we started. We don't like to leave loose ends.
So logic would suggest that it moved onto another location, if not the flats when they were built, then maybe the new houses accross where the factory used to be.
If anyone hears of anything about any paranormal activity round there, let us know. Things like this do happen. Look at the houses that were built on the site of the old general hspital, they had no end of activity years after. I think it is subsiding now, but there is still activity going on.

Hi simon how do we know that he (identified it)? By the reports from the owners of the property there was more then one, i think from the age of the building around 1500s it my have been an echo of time repeating itself not a hunting. you cannot communicate with it or identified it! if its not on are level.

He allegidly picked up on a male entity, but it was never identified and the evidence was never backed up.
I would say that there might of been one spirit that was there, who might of been haunting the location, but was never experienced by the team. It might of been nothing more than residual energies.
It is a shame that the house isn't there now, so we could go in now, with the experience we have & find out what actually was there if anything.

You and i know that most of peoples allegedly hunting's in there homes are mostly fantasy or for profit making,and maybe 5% genuine, they call in Paranormal team to the location to clarify there beliefs, but to find nothing there. But for the owners of the location they will make alleged activity happen for profit or attention.
It don't help maters that you put an ammeter Medium thinking that all Orbs are ghost, you have a dangerous and irresponsible Medium, telling the owners what they like to here.

What the hell you going on about John Doe5. We both know who we are talking about.
I think we have enough experience now to know who is genuine & who isnt, that is why we evaluate the location prior to the investigation.
I am in agreement with you. A medium telling people what they think they want to hear, is not only inconsiderate, but yes, dangerous.
As you well know, he is not with us now.
