Unexplainable Hotspots in History:

1: Birmingham
Weird phenominae including Tornados, frogs falling from the sky like raindrops, mince pie eating Martians and a 1lb 6oz hailstone.

2: Bristol
Jellyfish rained down on locals in 1894 and there was a storm of hazelnuts on 13th March 1977.

3: Nottingham
Muslim Hussain Bhatti claimed he found the words "Allah is Everywhere" written in Arrabic script in an Aubergine in 1990, and a group of 60 gnomes were said to have driven around in bubble cars in 1979.

4: Leicester
Site of an alligator invasion and tiny spiders terrorised a housing estate.

5: Kent
Crabs fell from the sky an an 80-Inch earthworm was found.

6: Manchester
Phantom helicopters, music from empty houses and carrots and cash fell from the skies.

7: London
Rainstorms of Fish, phantom double decker and four boys claim to have seen a bear on Hackney Marshes.

8: Reading
TV viewers accross Berkshire heard an apparant message from outerspace about the invasion of earth on 26th November 1977 during the teatime news broasdcast.

The Leicester one was just one alligator rather than an invasion as far as I can remember - I think it was a pet that had been turned loose when it started to get too big emoticon

Notice how they rabbit on about someone taking over the transmitter, rather than the far more simple explanation that it came from inside the TV facility where there are a shocking number of points to mix an audio signal in between the studio and the broadcast rig.

Apparently the person who did this hoax was caught, he tried it the previous week during Doctor Who but it didnt work. Imagine what the people who watched or heard it on TV live would have thought?
