Re: Should bad mediums be back-listed?
You can completely cover yourself by putting in an exclusion clause "for entertainment purposes only" as long as the exclusion clause is bought to the attention of the user before any reading etc is given then you can't go wrong.

Re: Should bad mediums be black-listed?
There are lists out there that the police have for people that can cause less harm than a fake medium. Why shouldn't there be a list of mediums. Genuine or fake.
Who should govern who is & who isn'ton the list. I don't know to be honest. Someone will start it one day, how long it lasts, I don't know. That depends on how brave they are. What with all the death threats they are likely to get.
Like JohnDoe has said, what have these people got to be worried about, if they arn't doing anything wrong, they havn't got anything to worry about. The law is there to protect the innocent.

Re: Should bad mediums be back-listed?
Thats why it would have to be a list compiled of people's opinions. Everyone has a right to an opinion wether it be a positive one or a negative one.
