reincarnation
After a reply that I put on'my first experience' it got me thinking about reincarnation and regressive therapy, have we been here before?. Would be interesting to find out what everyone thinks about it.

Hiya Joanne, David Wells will be doing a workshop and demonstration on the July 18th about regressive therapy. Thats the room i will be going to gatecrash.

I personally don't believe in reincarnation mainly because the numbers dont add up. Every species has grown in numbers at some point, so if you start off with a theoretical "adam and eve" how do you then get to 6 billion people?
Although my thoughts on this have been challenged by Buddhism.

I have read on the internet that some people believe that regression is just possession of the body by spirit.

I do believe in reincarnation tho I have to admit the thought of a past life regression scares me how would u cope if u were bad in a previous life would the effect u in this one ??
as for soul mates maybe as friends but I dont think theres that perfect person out there for everyone though it is a nice thought

I think I have believe in "soul mates ",
because I have a photo of me as a bridesmaid
at an uncle,s wedding when I was about 6 years old ,and on the same photo standing
a few people away is a young boy who I ended up meeting and marrying!
