The owners have consented to Swadlincote Paranormal Investigations to use this information exclusively on their psychic Ghost Walk, Website & upcoming DVD’s, under no circumstances can any other paranormal group use this information for their own benefit, in doing so they will open themselves to prosecution by the individuals concerned.

Established 1st November 2004.
It's sad how we have to do this, because of other groups in the area are threatening and bullying to come and take over Swadlincote ghost walk. It was bad enough for Burton ghost walk steeling are reports from are web site, and selling them on to other ghosts tour groups. So if they use the name (Swadlincote Psychic Ghost Walk or Swadlincote Ghost Walks) on there web site They will be opening themselves to prosecution.
The Trading standards have been contacted before with regarding other matters connected with this groups false advertising on there web site & have also been alerted regarding this current infringement of copyright.
Way do they have to do it, there is plenty of ghosts to go around..

Swad Paranormal have been around for such along time now. I know that they started up the first ghost walk in Swadlincote & it was a huge success if i remember, as was the first public event that was conducted at Gresley Old Hall. Looking at the bigger picture, hasn't anyone noticed that the other groups that are allways having a go at Swad Paranormal allways seem to operating in the shaddows of this group, trying to mimic everything they do.Carn't they come up with their own ideas?

It has been brought to our attention again!, that there has been several complaints & much confusion regarding some paranormal events that have held in the area. If our group conduct an event in or around Swadlincote, we always advertise using our Posters & website & our logo can be clearly seen.
If you go to an event that is not advertised or featured on our website & our banners are not visible at the event, then it is most certainly not been conducted or has any connection to our group.
We cannot be responsible for any other event's actions, but your emails have been pasted on to Trading standards...
faults advertising to lead people in to clams that they are apart for SPI, They are NOT in any way connected to SPI. We have not or anytime been,or ever going to be, connected to any other group in and around Swadlincote area.
