I now having Confirmed coming to the Swadlincote Ghost fest.
TV special guest & VIP guests - are
# Angela McGhee from Psychic Investigators & Psychic Detectives on TV. She will be coming along to talk about her experinces & the 44 years she has been helping the police with their investigations in unsolved crimes. The books she has wrote and is currenlty writing. She will also be doing Psychic sessions.
It is a great honor for us to have her at this event as she will be setting off very soon to conduct a world tour. This might even be the only chance to get to see her at one of our events due to her hectic schedule.

This event is promising to be bigger & better than last year, with many more hands on attractions, more stalls. Infact we are hoping to have in excess of 50 this year, we allready have 6 VIP guests. There will be approximately 500 tickets available for this event, almost 150 more than last year.
Though the guests will be speaking to the audience at various times through the evening, there will be exclusive interviews with our guests, broadcast to the main hall onto a large screen.
Photo opertunities & autograph sessions.
Demonstrations on Reiki, Tarot & hopefully EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique.
Many of our previous stall holders have confirmed that they will be coming & many more new ones, offering a wide range of services from Spiritual healing to book signings & jewellery.
A DVD will be available following the vent with all the interviews on & photos taken on the night courtocy of Swadlincote Paranormal Investigations production team.

It sounds like it is going to be amazing.
Last year was the first, not only was it an opportunity to try new things out but it also hilighted some things could of been done better.
The guests speakers will be doing their talks in a seperate part of the building from the stall holders which will ensure excellent sound quality and a more face-to-face style of presentation.
There will be a massive amount of stall holders, workshops and live experiments in the main hall which will be running throughout the day.

Update for this event.
I am hopefull that we will be having a Senior Tai-Chi instructor coming to do a demonstration & will have a stall at the event. This will be one of hopefully many stalls that will be there & demonstrations going on. More updates as I get them.

I came last year and it was great. Particularly liked the Medium Patrick Hutchinson - will he be there this time - I hope so - if so I will bring along some friends cos I want them to see him too he was awesome.

Im glad you liked the event, Patrick was a very interesting medium wasn't he? especialy with the glass divination.
The event this year is going to be huge, a very different format to enable us to improve things like the sound quality and to allow more workshops, stalls etc.

I now have confirmed that MR BARRIE JOHN the new Medium on Most Haunted (we will not try to hold that againts him!!!)is coming to the Swadlincote Ghost fest. and he has won an AWARD for new up and coming Medium at Spiritual ConneXtions Radio Awards in Southampton in 2007.

If all goes to plan, we have got 25 - 30 stalls booked for the event, not many left, so anyone out there knows anyone who might want to book a stall at the event, get them to contact Simon as soon as possible, the contact number is listed on the contacts page.
This event will be much better than the last one with guests being able to drop in whenever they want. Just go and see which ever guest speaker they want.
Due to the amount of things going on at this event, we will be having to have more than one thing going on at the same time. There is going to be demonstrations including Tai Chi - We have got a Tai Chi master coming in to do a demonstration, Glass Divination, Experiments, Many guest speakers as you can see in the line up listed above & hopefully psychic sessions. Each speaker will hopefully be on stage twice, as there will be limited numbers allowed in in each sitting.
Oh and I have been told to tell you to look out for the Darleks.... YEP, I said that right. Maybe they are spooky ones. 
The main hall will be only for the stall holders, guest speakers will be in the main function rooms. Demonstrations will be being held in the other function rooms.
A constant bulitin will be on a big screen telling people what will be happening when.
I think we will be having a special introduction for the guests, what it will be, will be a secret till the night, but let me tell you, it will be good.
