I have a terrible fear of the "locks"
on canals,can,t go near them . I havent
got a clue why , sounds so ridiculous..Bx

Locks are dangerous so I wouldn't say its unusual to be at least a bit scared of them, could it be the depth of them?

Think the depth has probably got quite a lot to do with it Richard ,also the sides look so dark and slippy ooo just the thought makes me feel shivery and clammy ...
