???
I Was wondering if anybody could give me an ides of what happened to me last night. My kitten jake normaly wakes us up in the night playing so it was nothing different he woke me up last night. he was getting on my nerves so i put him on the stairs went to the loo and shut the door got back into bed. and what felt like about five mins later i felt something jump on my bed and started to play i even shouted him to stop and i put my hand out then i heard the noise as if he jumped of the bed. Then i relised that the door was shut so it was'nt my cat. My partner was down stairs as he had not long finished his shift at work. It did,nt feel like a dream but i don't think it is paranormal straight away. any thoughts?

Re: ???
hi ya I know at the event phill whyman suggested that sometimes these feelings can be down to sleep paralysis though im far from an expert on the subject and im sure someone can explain it much better than me, but from what i remember it tends to occur upon goin to sleep or waking and can seem extremely real and that either part or all of the body feels frozen during these episodes
aso was wondering did ne 1 hear u shout out or id u just feel as if u did ?? or do u thimk u did but mot loud enough to b heard ?
hope it helps a bit xxx

Re: ???
Sleep Paralysis is generally where your brain has woken up before your body has, this is why people report a feeling of being pinned down into the bed and not being able to get up.

Re: ???
I had an odd experience about many years ago ,just about a year after my mother died. I was quite ill and can remember waking up and seeing her standing at the top of a hill with my dad (who died in 1954) and also my lovely dog came bounding down the hill in front of them (he also had died )
My mother put her hand out to me and asked if I wanted to go with them ,I half held my hand out to touch her when I realized I didnt want to go with them ,she just smiled and then they all walked back up the hill and dissapeared ,
I think thats one of the reasons I believe in "Life after death"...Bx
