Location- again
Maybe I have a hang up, but I really think a posters location should be required. I just like knowing where we all live I don't need an address, have no plans of showing up unannounced for dinner, etc., but just think it's a good idea.

Well, I understand where you're coming from Trevor...I really prefer that posters include their location in their profile too, but that's not something I can set up as a requirement. The board isn't set up to require anything but a username. We can strongly suggest it and encourage it to everyone here, but I'm afraid that's about all we can do.

Excellent idea CACWBY! Often wondered where everyone was located, I just updated mine to include my location. By the way CACWBY, ever get lost down in South Louisiana give me a shout and I'll pull out the ole black iron pot and whip up a pot of Jambalaya and White Beans... lol

I concur. I always look at the location. I started not to put mine due to lazinees when setting it up, but thought how I like to see where folks are from.

At the top of this page under the TORDIFICATION FORUMS is a little task bar thing. Click on the one that says "control panel". Then click on the "Change miscellaneous settings" and add location...

Just before going to sleep last night, I asked my wife if we should go on a vacation this year. She asked me where I'd want to go. I told her Texas...because my mom, brother and sister are in the Houston area. But I also mentioned that there was this guy in east Texas that I was interested in visiting, to check out his collection.  She just rolled her eyes and muttered "Why am I not surprised?"
