I don't have my truck anymore, lost in a fire. (emoticon( However I do have some old pics if you want to see them. I put a 460 in one truck and that was all I needed for the swap was motor mounts off a 75 or so truck. The 400 radiator should be fine; I had my stock radiator in mine.

Not a bad looking old shortbed, Nathan. It looks like the bed side seam may be terminal though.
It never ceases to amaze me how many people who should know better still pass off 351Ms as a cleveland. I know mechanics who have worked on them and had to buy parts that still think they are a cleveland.
Hang in there and you will find a 429/460. Look for those big old early to mid 70s tuna boats as a cheap donor. And you might even luck out and get one with a 9 ich disc brake rear end.

Yea the bed is getting ruff i need to hurry and sand it down and primer that spot and cover it with some flat paint ....i wish i had the cash to get it painted but i'll probably get a new bed b4 i get it painted.the guy who had it for me let it sit to longand the inside of the bed was holding water when i got. the bed floor is still strong but if you look up in the fender well you can tell its about to rust holes in it.Will my wood side stripping fit on any 67-72 bed and my tailgate i like the look of that wood stuff.
Thanks

Your side trim will fit any 67-72 bed but the 67-69 do not have the side marker light and had a longer side spear. Of course the wide trim like you have came out the same year as the side marker lights were introduced so there is no wide side trim made to go all the way to the end like a 67-69 chrome does. I am sure you could improvise something like a stick on reflecter.
