Re: my 67 f-100 (projects) Oh man! I saw one today in the back of a pickup at the salvage yard. The tunnel cover had the correct 4-spd hole in it. I was planning on grabbing it but got sidetracked and forgot. Oh well...I'm hoping (knock on wood) to be back there tomorrow...if I can remember I'll grab it this time. (Of course, I AM an 'old fart', so you know how that memory goes!)

Re: my 67 f-100 (projects) I would take one with or without the hole. As I will be going with a different trannny setup and dont know where the hole will be yet. Or if it will have one

Re: my 67 f-100 (projects) Some automatic-equipped trucks did have the bolt-on hump. I parted out a truck a while back that had a removeable hump with no holes in it.

Re: my 67 f-100 (projects) I just got back from the shop, where I've been for several hours, and I couldn't find the darned thing. I'm 99% sure it's there, but I've got parts piled everywhere, so it's probably just buried somewhere. However, the one with no hole is going back on my project. If I do find the no-hole cover, I'll let you have the 4-spd cover I have, with the shifter hole, if you'd be interested.

Re: my 67 f-100 (projects) hmmm is the hole up near the front?
if so I'll prolly hold out for a solid one as I dont know where my shifter will be yet.
and I might get stuck going auto for a while till I can afford a new 5 speed.
