dash bezel
No doubt some of you saw an insterment cluster on ebay listed as a 67 and it was the plastic one like a 70-72 used. I sent the seller a message very politely informing them that it wasn't a 67 but a 70-72. I got a very snippy reply from some woman who informed me that her husband ahd been working on Fords for 30 years and he took it off of a 67.
So did any 67 ever come with a plastic dash bezel? I was about 99% sure that all the 67-69 models had the metal one but I have been wrong before.

Re: dash bezel
I took a plastic one out of a 68 ranger at the PaP. Looks identical to mine (72) from the front, with exception of an orange line that starts at 70.
Back of it has wires, vs printed circit.

Re: dash bezel
The '67 F100 I stripped down recently at a local salvage yard had the plastic bezel as well, with full instrumentation. I guess I understood it that the metal bezel was the standard issue, but one could opt for the fancier plastic bezel with either standard or deluxe instrumentation.

Re: dash bezel
So are the plastic ones coming out of Rangers? Or could they be found in any old 67-69? What kind of option would that be under?

Re: dash bezel
The '67 I pulled the plastic bezel out of was just a plain-jane F100 with a 360. It had some aluminum trim and the chrome rear bumper, but that was about it as far as options go.

Take a look at THIS PICTURE. It just had the narrow beltline strip from front to back. I saved about half of it, the rest was too beat up.

Re: dash bezel
What I was getting at is the "spear" trim along the side was not part of a trim level but came with two-tone paint schemes only.
But looking at your pic, what is that skinny trim at the bottom? I've never seen one like that before!
