SORRY guys, I left Atlanta at 630A eastern and just got to round rock texas (10:28p) on a wirlwind trip to the operations center, I'mm up to pick up a vehicle and head out asap in the morning. I'm hoping to sleep in my own bed tomorrow night, but ....

Any way. I got it for slightly less than a new RPM would cost, its not real old and looks nice and clean with no damage. I think we both got a fair deal (me and the seller).

It is a CJ port size. So I'll have to either live with the mismatch, or port my intake ports to match until I get the blue thunder heads. It also has a plenum notch and heat crossover, neither of which I would have gotten if I bought new, but such is the price of trying to save money, at least a little.

I'm pretty happy, this thing is a work of art. It looks new and I like it way better than the edelbrocks I have seen.

You can sell me the BT on looks alone! It's like a PI manifold with a Gold's Gym membership. I like it so much better than the RPM plus they didn't move the carb. rearward so it fits on ram-air cars.

I wouldn't worry about the notch in the divider, it's not that big.

Well, parts are steadily trickling in.

MSD Dist, Edelbrock WP and so forth.

I got deployed to St Louis for a storm last week. Probably be here for 6 weeks or so assuming they want me to come back after vacation this coming weekend.

So I guess more news will be while before it is forthcoming.
