oh look another texan The big red truck is a 69 F100 long bed 2wd with a V8 360ci. engine. its been sitting around my family's garage the past 20 years and it may be ranger or not because the facts seem to have been distorted over time and I am not exactly sure what makes a F100 a ranger. It was bought by my grandfather but he didn't mark which parts of the manual applied to it. he is gone so I'm going by process of elimination. anyway, it looks like the 67 on the front page (its got that same faded red paint). I'm trying to get it to daily driver status then maybe a rebuild once I get another vehicle. I live in Lubbock.

Re: oh look another texan Cool! Welcome to the forums! Can you post any pics of your truck? Regardless, you've come to the right spot. There is a wealth of knowledge on both the website AND the forum...many of the users here are very experienced with these trucks, so I doubt there will be any question that can't be answered. Re: oh look another texan no its got explorer on the glove box though. I have no idea what that means cause I thought the ranger said ranger on the glove box. My dad said it was a ranger though.
