C6 Tranny cooler assistance

I think I want to put a tranny cooler on my C6. Anyone got a step-by-step set of instructions, a resource for doing this, or a good reason why I should just let well enough alone?

Suggestions of what brand works best would ne cool as well. I am a big fan of upgrades in the form of kits. Everything needed in one box....yeah, thats the ticket.

Most transmission failures are reported to be from excessive heat. If you can read and have a screw driver you should be able to install one. This is one case that bigger is better IMO so don't be afraid of overkill. Just make sure the rubber hose that is usewd to connect it is well protected from and chaffing or abrasion, and double clamp it for added protection. The rubber hose will be the weak link in the system.
