Seam filler?
The seams on the bedside (fleetside)above the ridge had a little rust, and in order to get it under control, I dug out all the filler in the seams. Now that the rust is "killed", what works best to fill the seams back up?

Some say that you really must sandblast the seam to properly prepare it. I dug mine out best I could and spent a couple of hours with a drill motor and wire brush wheel and a grinder and wire brush to get all the rust out. Then I just primed it and caulked it with "seam sealer" from an auto paint store. I used 3M All-Around Autobody Sealant, part number 08500. You put it on with a caulking gun and wipe off the excess with a wet finger. There's a few photos of my seams at:
