Re: The Hot Thread
yeah, yeah, there are some pretty boys there, but really, hardly anyone gets to me like this one:
But, I will check out Mr. Bale as Batman (which flick?).
and Quills, hmmm must add to netflix...
And is that the singer Peter Murphy? I have had a few passionate flings with his music, and he looks good, too.
OK, as a treat for us Bi ghurls, here's a bit of the goddess-hotness:

Batman Begins, which I still need to rewatch - my first viewing was on a plane. I was in the window seat, so part of the screen was blocked. My headphone jack was broken, so the older gent next to me lent me one of his ears (what a sweetie)... And, of course, they edit it.
Anyway.... I'm going to avoid repeating all the guys who have already been posted who I also think are hot and post some new ones (in the order I think of them):
Well, . The PWFC site has coding to prevent people "borrowing" the pics... So, Click here for pics of Peter Wingfield. Ah, here's a pic of him:
I can't believe no one's mentioned Hugh Jackman! What's wrong with you women?
Alexis Denisof (broke my heart to find out Wesley & Spike weren't really Brits):
Orson Welles was an attractive young man:
John Simm, star of Life on Mars:
Call me crazy, Dr. Hill, but I like Robson Green:
Having taken a closer look at him, Angus Clark doesn't do much for me re: looks, but he's hot for being a Guitar God (both solo and with TSO):
How 'bout the Numb3rs boys?:
OMG! How could I forget? Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor:
Tom Welling's "hotness" varies, but he definitely has that boy-next-door, wide-eyed-farm-boy look that Clark Kent needs:
(When Angel and Smallville were on the same night, I needed to keep a drool bucket nearby. )
I don't care who ya are, you have to admit Billy Zane has that 1930s-40s matinee idol gleam in his eye:
That's all I can think of at the moment, so I'll step aside and let someone else add to the list.

Having just seen The Fountain, I have concluded that he can whisper in my ear, any time
I'm still waiting to see him in a film where he's allowed to use his natural Aussie accent - I love it when he appears on Leno! He seems like such a nice guy, with a great sense of humor.
quote: Who is that guy, Robson Green? He looks smart, and interesting.
I was happy to find such a good picture of him - some of the photos are not that flattering to him.
Robson is pretty well-known in England, but I don't think he's done much (if anything) over here. I "met" him via Wire in the Blood on BBC America, in which he plays Dr. Tony Hill, clinical psychologist - he's "recruited" in the first episode to help the police profile a serial killer, and he's frighteningly good at it. Dr. Hill is himself a bit of a damaged character (more so in the Val McDermid books, of which I've only read the first so far), so he can relate to the killers a bit more than he's willing to admit and get inside their heads.
In the show, he's a fascinating character, with these intense looks, mind-boggingly long tangential monologues, and bizarre leaps of logic. In the fourth episode of Series 3, a doctor opined to DCI Carol Jordan that Tony had Asperger's. She replied, "No, he's always been like that." (It's a bit more amusing in context.)
Anyway, the first three series of the show are available on DVD, so if you like psychological crime dramas, by all means, check it out. Take note that there is some quite graphic imagery, but I've never found it to be gratuitous or over-the-top. It has its place in the story, and they don't linger on it longer than they need to.
One of the DVD sets has an interview with Robson that is quite amusing - he also seems to have a great sense of humor and play, and an interesting personality.
Robson has also appeared in Trust, the British version of Touching Evil, and various movies. I've yet to see him play the same character twice (unlike some actors who play themselves in every role), so IMO, he's an excellent actor.
quote: another hot femme:
Maybe, for the benefit of the gentlemen around here, we should separate these into "Hot Men" and "Hot Women" threads? Just a thought.
But in the meantime, even though I'm straight, here's one of my votes for a gorgeous, tall woman: Suzie Plakson
As a Q:
And as a Klingon:
Can't find a pic of her from Mad About You, which is why I thought of her - was watching episodes yesterday while dinking around on the computer.

ooooo, he's a hottie. Isn't he the techo music guy?
And Jackman, yes, I forgot Jackman - but really only like him in period movies. He's a bit to pretty boyish for me.

I do agree, Ven. Hugo is up there with my other Aussie, Geoffrey Rush.

Might I also suggest you rent The Machinist - a mystery-thriller in the style of Hitchc0ck. Bale lost 65 lbs. for the part and looks very Holocaustian.
