I have the action figure. Just to let you know, he is not fully poseable and he does look like he has eyeliner for that "Jack Sparrow" look.  However, it is a nice piece. I would love to get my hands on the Cards Inc. figure of Snape but that's only sold in Europe.  That as far as I know is fully posable, about seven inches tall, and comes with a potion set.

Is it this one? This article says that The dark and mysterious wizard Severus Snape will join the 4" scale line of Harry Potter figures this summer. The Neca Snape seems to measure 7" though.
As ButMad said: if you want one of the Cards Inc. Snapes, then just let me know
