Btw, I do have that NCEA action figure already. They sell them at Borders only here. I am a little disappointed in the painting (he's got eyeliner LOL) and the lack of poseability, but other than that, it's a lovely piece in my bedroom.
Eyeliner? I did see some listings at eBay about the NECA Borders Snape, but I suspected they were false as the offical release date seemed to be September so thank you for clearing that up.

by the way, if you want an "Alan is so hot I can't stand it film," get Mesmer. The script isn't that great, but oh the Alan--hands, kisses, oh my).
Thanks for the tip, I'll remember that. I bought Dogma yesterday, I hope that has some good Alan moments as well.

Alan Rickman should have MUCH more screen time, as the character he portrays is a key factor in the entire Potter series
he should have much more screen time even if Snape wasn't an important character

Oh GOOOOOOOOOOD ... FSF, you haven't seen that one yet? Here's a friendly word of advice then - to save your furniture ... slap on a pair of *depends* before you start rolling the film.
Yes, there are *great* Alan moment in that one. With his first appearance in the film - his entrance is ummmm - quite dramatic, and the following dialog for that particular scene is flat out *hilarious*.
By the way ... thanks for that yummy sound clip of "the voice of God".

I didn't knew what *depends* were, but I do now, thanks for the advice

That sounds more like it came from "The Amityville Horror" than any Harry Potter film.

Oh by the way, another Alan ooo la la la la film is Rasputin. In the states, it's real hard to find because a Region 1 DVD was not made and is only in VHS if you can find it. I think Region 2 DVDs are more available for this movie.
You could always get the R2 DVD and then unlock your player to be region free It takes about fifteen seconds.

I don't have it, but now you come to mention it....

CRAZIER (SNAPE VID)
LOVE it Lady V!! Great track from Gary Numan too (love his newer material as opposed to the old stuff - kinda sounds like Marilyn Manson or Nine Inch Nails on Prozac )

Hmmmmm....how does one unlock a DVD player? I've always been afraid to try it because I'm chicken that I'll break my player.
Oh, it's simplicity itself. All players are region free when they're made; the manufacturer simply locks them into one particular region before sale. All you need is the specific unlocking code - and these codes eventually find their way onto the internet. Give me the make and model, and I'll hunt down the code for yours. Shouldn't be hard, unless your player is a really new model
