Re: CQ-DX...CQ-DX...is anybody out there? It does get used from time to time. I think part of the trouble is that we're dealing with people all over the world, different time zones and whatnot, so running into people randomly is difficult.

If you go there, look for Glorfindel. He's one of the moderators (wizards) there, and a very dear friend of mine. He can help you get started and learn your way around the utility. You might even encounter me there; my Tolkien name is Eldirn. (It means "stargazer.") I have a LOTR roleplay character by that name; she is the Chief Astronomer in Rivendell.
