I see this is your first post. And in regard to your question, I have been thinking the same thing myself. I am guessing one uploads an image and the Sims program animates it???

Vienna - he still has his clothes on because I haven't figured out how to take them off yet ... as far as creating him - no, I'm not responsible for that (he was pretty easy to slap together in sims1 though).
Veris - welcome aboard - to answer both your and Viennas question, The Sims comes pre-packaged with ... well, Sims - you can pretty much download anything for the game - the programming provides the animations.
V DAZZ!! I most certainly do NOT - I haven't cracked the codes for Sims2 yet.
