Where: the widows walk on the rooftop below, at dusk, where we have a spectaular view of London and surrounds. There, V can wrap my body in his warm cashmere cloak and comfort me as I weep, knowing that I am moments away from watching him leap down on to the rooftiles, away from me, towards an unknown fate..

How poetic... yet itchy (I'm allergic to wool, so in my fantasies, cloaks are never cashmere  ).

In a bookstore. Probably some old, out-of-the-way place that smells of dust and that unnameable, sweet scent that old books develop. He would chance on me in an aisle between two shelves, stretching for a book out of my reach, and get it down for me. We'd sit on the floor together and compare authors; talking for hours. Finally, he would glance at a clock, announce that he should get home, and leave. I would stand there for a moment, perplexed; it couldn't really be V...right?
That's before I follow him home.
