*policeman looks at V (he thinks)*
*policemen aim their guns at V, who screams (with girly voice)*
"Wait! Wait! Don't shoot me please! It's him! It's him!!"
*policemen aim at V (they think)*
"On your knees. On your knees!"
*"V" on his knees begging them not to hurt him*
*... soon they'll see his face ...*
*... clearly not what they expected ...*
*the policeman realises too late that they'd been decieved*
*... they turn towards the real V ...*
*... who is ready ...*
*... to do ...*
*... a little ...*
*... knife twirling ...*
*... the first one is ready to be thrown ...*
*... a perfect hit ...*
*... V fights three policemen ...*
*... grabs an arm ...*
*... does a little bit of stabbing ...*
*... policeman fires his gun ...*
*... duck and cover ...*
*... gets closer to the remaining policeman ...*
*... bump ...*
*... throws "police shield" away ...*
*... nose-to-nose ...*
*... still nose-to-nose ...*
*... swoosh ...*
*... gulps ...*

(is it just me, or does the cop who gets the hair-swish have an adorable profile? well, at least until he starts spitting up blood, that is.)

Re: the knife twirling (LOVE it!) - I have the IGN.com clips on my ZVM, and was playing this scene in slo-mo, enjoying it... when I realized exactly HOW the knife twirling is accomplished, and my jaw dropped, and my appreciation for the (probably) stunt guy soared.
It took slo-mo to make me realize that the knives are literally spinning on one finger, probably only centrifugal force and the hilt keeping them in place.
But you all probably realized that long before me...
