I have "The Count of Monte Cristo" At last! At long last! I've got it! Now where's that "running around like a monkey on Ecstasy and screaming at the top of one's lungs" smiley?
I digress, somewhat noisily My uncle, bless his ten tiny toes, has recorded V's favourite film for me from the TV, straight onto DVD. With this finally secured, I'm taking orders for copies. No obligation, no cost, I'm doing this for the honour of Vixenhood!
Anyone who wants one need only PM me their details and t'will be on its way with as much haste as I can muster.

Re: I have "The Count of Monte Cristo" It would be Region 2, although I'm really not sure if the region code system applies to home-recorded DVDs. Anyone know?

Re: I have "The Count of Monte Cristo" *does a happy dance, cat looks at me wondering what is happening*
This is great news, Leda and this is for your uncle:
I don't know anything about home-recorded dvd's and region codes, however this page does state this:
"In general, region codes don't apply to recordable DVDs. A DVD that you make on a PC with a DVD burner or in a home DVD video recorder will play in all regions (but don't forget NTSC vs. PAL differences)".
If that's true, then there's no need to worry about the region thing.
