V HD clip with 5.1 sound - "First, the overtoure...listen...can you hear it?..."
I must be sorry but I was under a blue phase, but that´s
certanly gone. This clip should have been uploaded some
week ago, was just siting in a folder on my desktop.
It´s size is 38 M and It may stream. Though I advise
download, I´m putng this HD stuff on other servers to
aliviate the extreme pressure on streaming somethingh
like this. It´s a 1280 x 720 standard with 5.1 sound.
Now...If you cared to read, in this HD transfer from WB
the sound is just brilliant, and image is obviously good.
ok, withouth more delays, here you have if you want.
stream it
download it
look, even in a laptop with a 1024 x768 resolution it will
play, and no special equipment or codecs is needed!.
And please forgive, this is an encode. It´s not perfect.

Re: V HD clip with 5.1 sound - "First, the overtoure...listen...can you hear it?..."
Hoppe you enjoy it Lady V. As a Mac user I guess
you´ll be using VLC to play this. It´s a shame, because
windows Video codec implementation on VLC is the only
bad thing in it. It is old. It plays, but with some shadows
effect.
It would be nice you could play it in windows player for
Mac (I know both bastatards, Mac and windows, just make
life hard for us users and windows only supports Media
player for Mac till version 9. It may be better if you use
it, because codecs used in this small clip are very
recent.)
The thingh is, I ripped this cliped from the 6G version,
not from the 20!. so, it is the 3rd encode!.
Actually, the 6G encode (perfect, direct transfer from
the pure source!) requires 3 codecs, a special light
media player that plays Mac and real, (avaliable for
MAC too!) and at least some 2400 ghz processor
clock on the pc and a bit less on the Mac (some 1.5
should do fine, Mac´s arquhitecture is much more
eficient.)
So what I do is a 3rd encode from this crazy 2nd
transfer to WMV/WMA. Playable without any problem.
Ok, But the 6G is easy to play in the pc, and the
codecs instalation is just "next", next" and next, without
any parameter choosing. Then the smal windows
media player is used if the big one starts droping frames!.
(actually there is only one small thingh to do
before playing HD, but a screen and a few words
make it a piece of cake.)
Yes, this 6G encode is a MKV file, that uses a very
state of the art (for now!) codec called x.264. It has
all the features of a DVD, including menus, subtitles,
etc, etc. It is suposed to play on the future HD- DVD
drives.
Gee! enough tech! I´m very sorry about this!.
Please do enjoy this one, and ask for more if you want!
Note- VLC plays the 6G x.264 codec on both PC and
MAC nativily, with top quality but requires HUDGE
processing power. The 20 one is playble with PDVD 6.2
or above, but 6.2 is recomended, PDVD is power dvd.
