Breakfast
Hello everyone,
Haven't been on here long, but this seems to be as good a section to start in as any.
I'm planning on building a V costume for the San Diego Comic Con this year, with m'lady desiring to go as Evey.
I anticipate there being several V's and Eveys there, so I want to go for something a little more original and off beat...so we decided to do V with the apron, and Evey from the Lilliman scene :)
I have a few pics of V for reference, and a lot of mental reference from my viewings.
If anyone can snap a few grabs for me from either scene, that would be fantastic!
I think the apron is simplistic enough that I can just dive in sans pattern....and I'll be starting the search for that towell very soon!

Those are great, FSF! Seeing V in that god-awful apron always makes me crack up --- if I'd been Evey, I would have insisted that he take it off so that I could eat my Egg-in-a-Basket without choking on it! 
Nicky, I hope you'll be so kind as to post pictures of your costumes? I know we all would love to see how they turn out! The only help I can offer is the dishtowel --- Mervyn's sells them in 3-pack bundles in their housewares dept. (mine are cobalt blue)

V Dazzled, Ill be sure to post pics upon completion, and thank you very much for the tip...Ill be checking out mervens asap! (funny, I didnt think it would be as easy as that!)
But I will have my work cut out for me locating those fabrics, so wish me luck, I'll be off to tear through every fabric provider in town!

I don't know if you have a Joann's Fabric in your area, but usually they have a good variety from what I'm told. Not sure if that helps, but it is a start.

Im a bit obsessed myself, and if I cant find something jarringly close, I think ill illustrate the pattern digitally and iron it on...if worse comes to worse!
Now, his doublet material...thats another story!
