Read the first chapter of Coraline by Neil Gaiman last night.
Came home from work tonight, figured I'd read another chapter or two, then do something else.
Ended up finishing the book! 
It's been a long time since I read an entire book in one fell swoop like that.
Creepy, disturbing, but very good.
