No, I don't think I would have ended up at Larkhill. I definitely would be a target of the black-baggers, but unlike Evey's parents, I wouldn't have stayed once I found out what was happening.
Even now I'm considering a flight to Canada should things get any worse in this country. If the mid-term elections are fixed with those black-box voting machine, and another tool of the military-industrial-oil-agribusiness-pharmaceutical-complex gets elected as president on '08, I'm learning French and I'm outta here.

I'd be one of those executed on the spot - but not without one hell of a fight. For one, I am a Christian - though my views on Christianity are not the same as theirs. In addition to this - I'm certain that they would not appreciate the fact that I have a copy of The Torah, The Koran and The Spiral Dance. Then of course, there's my political (dis)beliefs - and the fact that I have and continue to pester numerous politicians via e-mail & snail mail. With my collections of books, art, music and simply the way I think - I'd most certainly be doomed in such a society. Sorry to say this ladies, but you would not have additional company.
