Da Kitty-Roomie and I discovered a brand of chocolate carried at Henry's called "Dagoba". I think the first one she and I tried was called "New Moon" and was 74% cacao.
Last time I was at Henry's (yes, Mel, you've converted me - I went automatically to Henry's; didn't even consider Albertson's, even though I was only getting 2 items - in theory), I found a Dagoba bar called "Eclipse" - 87% cacao, I think. Jeepers! I finally found my cocoa tolerance - the Eclipse bar was yummers, but I don't know if I could do it all the time (which would probably be a good thing.  ).
